Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This policy defines what you may not do with the Marsiqo Service. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
2. You must not
- Break the law, or use the Service to plan, promote, or carry out unlawful activity.
- Generate or distribute content that is harmful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or that sexualises minors.
- Produce malware, phishing, fraud, or attempt to deceive people about AI-generated content’s origin.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights.
- Attempt to breach security, bypass authentication or rate limits, probe, scrape at scale, or disrupt the Service (DoS).
- Reverse-engineer the Service or extract underlying models except as permitted by law.
- Use outputs to make high-stakes decisions (legal, medical, financial, safety) without qualified human review — see the AI Usage Disclaimer.
- Submit others’ personal or sensitive data without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
3. Automated access
Do not access the Service through unauthorised automation, or in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure. Rate limits and abuse protections apply.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal.
