1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Marsiqo Group website and, where you access it, the Marsiqo product (the “Service”), operated by Marsiqo Group (“we”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service availability
The Service is provided “as is”, may change or be withdrawn, may contain defects, and should not be relied upon for critical decisions. See our AI Usage Disclaimer.
3. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If the product requires an account, you are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account, and must give accurate information.
4. Acceptable use
Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, unlawful use, or risk to the Service or others.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, branding and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service as intended. You retain rights in content you submit; you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of the outputs generated for you through the Service.
6. Fees
Paid plans, if offered, are described on the Pricing page and at checkout. Taxes may apply. Refunds, where applicable, follow the terms presented at the time of purchase together with any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
7. Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for death, personal injury, or fraud).
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access as described above. Sections that by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections available to you.
