1. Who we are
This site is operated by Marsiqo Group (the “Company”, “we”). The data controller is Marsiqo Group. You can reach us at kontakt@marsiqogroup.com.
2. Scope
This policy covers the marketing website at marsiqogroup.pl. The Marsiqo product application (marsiqo.com / marsiqo.pl), where you sign in and use the AI features, is governed by its own privacy notice presented at sign-up.
3. What we collect on this website
This is a static marketing site. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run it:
- Local browser storage — a language preference, whether you have seen the intro, and your cookie-banner choice. These stay in your browser (localStorage); they are not sent to us and contain no personal identifiers.
- No accounts, no forms, no tracking pixels, no third-party analytics or advertising scripts are loaded by this site.
- Email you send us — if you email kontakt@marsiqogroup.com, we process the address and content to reply.
- Server logs — our hosting provider may log IP address and request metadata for security and reliability. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to build profiles of visitors.
4. Why we process it, and our legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Running the site and remembering your preferences — legitimate interests / strictly necessary functionality.
- Replying to your email — legitimate interests and, where relevant, steps prior to a contract.
- Security logging by our host — legitimate interests in protecting the service.
5. Who we share with
We do not sell personal data. We share only with the infrastructure providers needed to serve the site (our hosting/CDN provider) and, if you email us, our email provider. These providers act as processors under written agreements, and where personal data is transferred outside the EEA it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
Browser storage persists until you clear it. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your enquiry and then deleted or archived per our records policy. Host logs are kept per the provider’s standard period.
7. Your rights under the GDPR
If you are in the EEA/UK you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. For anything stored in your browser you can also just clear it in your browser settings. To exercise a right, email kontakt@marsiqogroup.com. You may also complain to your supervisory authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with a strict Content-Security-Policy, HSTS, and clickjacking protection. It loads no third-party scripts. See our Cookie Policy for what is stored locally.
